Our children’s boxing program is designed for both girls and boys and teaches children about the sport of boxing as well as the basic principles of respect and fitness involved with the sport. Children’s boxing classes are a great way to keep children physically active and also focus on other important life skills. Boxing teaches kids to focus, teamwork, balance, self-discipline, memory, physical and mental control, coordination and more.
Studies have shown that children who are involved in self-defense after school activities like boxing have better attention in school, better self-image and better mental focus. The physical and psychological foundation that boxing provides for children helps them grow up to become strong, confident adults.
Boxing can also be a great foundation for children who are involved in other sports. During a young athlete’s off-season, children can benefit by supplementing their regular sport’s workout with boxing. Kids who are taking boxing classes during their off-season, increase speed and strength, and return to their traditional sport in better shape and are physical equipped to have a successful sports season.

Our Beginner Boxing program is (an all levels) class and a great introduction to the sport! Coach John provide a very welcoming and patient environment that will build your confidence. Great for those looking to achieve their fitness goals using workouts designed around the principals of boxing. Here you will learn your basic punch combinations, footwork, defense and lots of Heavy bag and pad work.
