Our Beginner Boxing program is (an all levels) class and a great introduction to the sport! Coach John provide a very welcoming and patient environment that will build your confidence. Great for those looking to achieve their fitness goals using workouts designed around the principals of boxing. Here you will learn your basic punch combinations, footwork, defense and lots of Heavy bag and pad work.
